(SALE PENDING) A brand new Sasha creation - she is unnamed.  I have sifted through so many names in the past decade for each doll that I will leave this one up to her new owner!

She began as a 1970's doll with trimmed bangs.  She was inspired by Sasha's girls in white, but also by the black haired studio dolls with short dark hair and dark eyes.  She has her original stringing which is in good condition.  She is overall in nice shape.
Her wig is a Monique Gold wig that I have washed and slightly heat treated so that it has lost that "ultra shine" and uniform, flat shape and is now a bit more casual and natural looking.
Her features have been repainted  Her lips are stained rather than actually painted, for a more natural look.
It was a windy day for picture taking!

" White spring flowers in the grass!"
 .."And in my hair!"

Her dress was made by Diane's Delights.  It is very white and smocked.  I added a pair of white socks and black shoes for contrast.  She needs a pair of bloomers, but in their absence, she's wearing a pair of white ribbed Sasha underpants. (I didn't want to hold up her sale by ordering a pair of doll bloomers from Ebay!)

She comes signed and with a certificate, on which I will put her owner chosen name if you like. :)  This lovely "black and white" girl is $395 and overseas shipping is available.   I may be contacted here

*SALE PENDING** Meet Blossom!  Blossom is one of a kind Sasha doll for Spring 2015.
Blossom began as a 1980's Sasha baby.
She wears a two toned Monique Gold wig that has been trimmed for her and her outfit is a simple white sundress and pants made by the Trendon company (an original Sasha baby dress).  The white and eyelet are so perfect and simple that this dress seemed a perfect match!

Her features have been repainted and sealed (except for the freckles).  She maintains her original stringing in good order, not too tight or too loose.  She has  a sweet, carefree "outdoors" kind of look that is lots of fun to photograph.

Blossom is $265 and comes signed with a certificate.  I can be contacted here

(SALE PENDING) Meet Grace!  She is the newest Spring Valley Studios Sasha re-creation!  She portrays a girl from the past with a simple and pretty name.
Grace began as a 1980's Sasha.  She has been cleaned, restrung and completely remade into a new doll.  Her round style eyes are blue and she has light cheek blush and freckles.  Her wig is from the Monique Gold collection and is two toned blonde and has been trimmed into a studio doll style for her.

Her dress is a whole other story.  The story goes that Sasha Morgenthaler wasn't much of a seamstress and I guess that is true for me...but this was my first real attempt.  Hopefully in time maybe I will improve!  In the meantime, Grace wears this outfit.  The dress was made from an old cotton shirt and the apron from vintage, used fabric.  I wanted to do what Sasha did - using fabrics from used clothing for her dolls.  The insides aren't really finished very well - nothing is serged but it's a sturdy little outfit, even if the hem is a bit uneven (I haven't gotten hemming down yet!)  They both close with snaps in the back.

Grace wears a pair of boots that have been distressed to look used and worn.
She comes with crude and worn looking hair ties that are scraps from the apron material.

Grace is a one of a kind and can never be exactly duplicated.  She comes signed with a certificate.  She is $365 and overseas shipping is available.  I may be contacted here
